Scope & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from RAW BUSINESS PVT (“Website”), you accept these Terms & Conditions (T&C) plus our Privacy, Return/Refund, and Cancellation Policies.

  Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older, or use the site under parental/guardian supervision.

  Product & Pricing Information

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST; availability is confirmed only after order confirmation.

Order Placement & Contract Formation

A contract is created only when an “Order Confirmation/Invoice” email or SMS is sent. We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock, payment, or pricing issues (full refund will be issued).

  Payments

Secure online payments via cards, net-banking, UPI, and wallets; COD is offered on select pincodes with a handling fee.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch occurs within 1–3 business days; delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on location. Delays owing to courier services or force majeure events are outside our control.

  Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by RAW BUSINESS PVT (Sole Proprietorship of Mr Ajay Singh) or its licensors. No reproduction is permitted without express written consent.

  User Conduct

No misuse, reverse-engineering, data mining, or posting harmful/illegal content. Violators’ accounts may be suspended or terminated.

  Termination Clause

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these T&C or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.

  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AJAY SINGH  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Website exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties will attempt informal resolution first, then arbitration per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act (1996) if needed.

Changes to T&C

Updated versions will be posted here; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
