Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges – Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,499 within India. Orders below ₹2,499 may incur a standard shipping fee (displayed at checkout). Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee. International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier selection. These rates and any applicable taxes or duties will be displayed at checkout.
Serviceable Locations – We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. For international orders, we ship to most countries using major international couriers. Availability will be confirmed at checkout. If delivery to your location is not possible, we will notify you and refund the payment or suggest an alternative.
Order Tracking – Once dispatched, tracking details (courier name, AWB number) are shared via email/SMS. International orders also include end-to-end tracking. Customers can check order status anytime via the “My Orders” section on our website.
Domestic Timelines – Standard delivery time within India is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, barring unforeseen delays.
International Shipping Timeline –- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping: International delivery via air freight typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Delays: Customs inspection, local holidays, or other regulatory checks can occasionally extend delivery by several days. Please plan accordingly for seasonal peaks.
- Sea Freight Option: For bulk or special international orders, sea freight is available and usually takes 20-45 days.
- We update customers with tracking and estimated times at each stage.
Delays – While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, festivals, customs, or unforeseen logistics circumstances. We appreciate your patience and assure regular updates via email/SMS.
Packaging – All items are securely packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging. Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered with. Raise a complaint within 24 hours of receipt with photos.- Multiple Shipments – In some cases, items in a single order may be shipped separately due to multi-warehouse stocks. You will be notified accordingly.
Address & Contact Accuracy – Please ensure your shipping and contact information is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address/contact info.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International) – All cross-border orders are subject to customs clearance per the destination country’s regulations. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide all required documentation to aid smooth delivery.
